A working musician since 1969, independent to the bone with a thriving
cottage music industry producing 7 DIY CDs, as well as guesting on Indigo
Girl's first recording, Mary Gauthier's first cd, and many other
compilations and recorded radio and live shows, She had the privilege to be
on the Grammy nomination ballot for a Contemporary Folk CD Grammy in 2006.

Caroline Aiken has given and is still giving thousands of performances to
benefit thousands of humanitarian causes in 40 years of touring at home and

Writing, producing shows, festivals, theaters, and series, Caroline also
served 12 years as Entertainment Director for the Atlanta Dogwood Festival.

She has recorded with and shared stages with Indigo Girls, Bonnie Raitt,
Chuck Leavell of The Rolling Stones, Randall Bramblett of Steve Winwood,
Jennifer Nettles of SUGARLAND, Shawn Mullins, Martin Sexton, Ellis Paul,
Ruthie Foster, and has been a guest performer at major venues with them such
as San Antonios Majestic Theater, Denvers Red Rocks, and Berkeleys Greek
Theater, Macon Ga's Music Hall of Fame and Cox Capital Theater, and Atlanta
Dogwood Festival, Fox Theater, Alex Cooley's Atlanta Electric Ballroom, LA's
Troubadour, Universal Theater, Santa Barbara Bowl

Caroline has headlined at the Kerrville TXs Music Festival (Main Stage
since 95); Seattles Bumbershoot (since 96); Folk Life Festival (since
76); NYs Falcon Ridge; Northern Californias High Sierra Music Festival,
Dallas TX's Wildflower Festival, Mendocino's Music Fest, Asheville's BELE
CHERE, Riverhead NY's Blues Fest, Shorndorf Germany's
